We are a group of Walla Walla wine industry folks and residents of this amazing town. We work in and manage tasting rooms, help with production at wineries, help with bottling and make our own wine. We are foodies and wine lovers, friends and neighbors.
In tasting rooms, back yards and our homes, we talk about the overwhelming number of winery options in Walla Walla. Specifically, we watch visitors pass a tasting room door heading elsewhere and we wonder how they chose their destinations.
We imagined creating a way to connect people with the wines they’re looking for … There are certainly enough wineries in the Walla Walla Valley to meet almost everyone’s wine goals. So, after mulling over “what somebody should do …”, we decided to establish MI Itineraries. We’re using our first-hand knowledge to connect wineries and guests.
The MI Itineraries tasting group has visited and cataloged every active winery/tasting room open to the public in the Walla Walla area (and a few that are open to Members only). We’ve tasted the wines, experienced the spaces, heard the stories and gotten to know the people that make it all happen.
- We are matchmakers, of a sort, that help visitors (and locals!) find their perfect wines.
